www.ghostbikesuk.com is the online store of GhostBikesUK (Lights). We source add-on custom lights for motorcycles from around the world and sale then both online and at bike shows around the United Kingdom.

Most of our add-on lights are sold for light shows and off road use only. We accept no responsibility for how you use them, we can however give you a link to “The Road Vehicles Lighting Regulations 1989” Please note: This is UK government site and may not be recognised in countries outside of the UK. http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si1989/Uksi_19891796_en_1.htm This site was the most up to date information we found, you need to bare in mind that Laws change and we ask that you stay up to date with any changes through your own research.

On our website you will also see we place free adverts on behalf of people who wish to sell motorcycles. These free adverts are only placed on our site as a service to our customers; we can accept no responsibility for the condition of the products being sold in this section. We only place the add it is up to you as the buyer to be sure of what you are buying. GhostBikesUK will not enter into any disagreements arising from products brought or sold by way of these adverts.

At GhostBikesUK We work hard to ensure that prices quoted and technical specification information is correct at all times, however we cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracies at any time. Please note that your computer may display old pages from our site, which are stored in your own computer's memory from previous visits. It is important you refresh your browser when viewing any pages on our web site to see the current prices and goods.

Payment and Security

GhostBikesUK online store is a secure shopping cart system as a 128bit SSL Secure Server, which means that all credit card transactions are completely safe and encrypted.

GhostBikesUK only except payment in British Pounds (Sterling)

Personal Cheque: Please make all cheques payable to GhostBikes, please allow up to seven days for cheque to clear before despatch.

Credit cards: are accepted; transactions are carried out in sterling. GhostBikesUK uses HSBC to provide a secure online payment system. (Not working at present) Your credit card details are passed to this service and not to any third party agencies. Items will be dispatched upon transaction confirmation.

Overseas customers: There will be a 17.5% a post and packaging charge on all goods under £100 sent outside the UK as the design of the shop automatically ads the UK VAT. Should your order come to over £100 this 17.5% will still be charged but you will be able to claim the same amount as a credit please email me at ghostbikes@hotmail.com before placing your order to reclaim your P+P credit

All GhostBikesUK products sent to address’s outside of the UK will be described as motorcycle lights and it will be up to the buyer to pay any import duties or taxies they incur. Full postage will be charged on all overseas orders. Please email ghotsbikes@hotmail.com for up-to-date postage costs. For export of items brought from the motorcycle free-adds pages you will need to talk to the sellers as GhostBikesUK only place the free adds and accept no responsibility for the sale of these goods what’s-so-ever.

All items will be dispatched by first class post upon clearance of funds We shall endeavour to deliver your goods within the time specified (usually 14 days after payment has cleared), in accordance with the Distance Selling Act 2000, but we cannot be held liable for any loss caused to you for late delivery. If there is a delay in despatching your order, you will be notified accordingly and you may cancel your order for a full refund. Your statutory rights will not affected. You are responsible for your order once the package arrives at the supplied delivery address. We cannot be held responsible if the package goes missing once delivered. If any goods are received faulty or damaged you must notify us within 7 days of receiving them (via e-mail) quoting your order reference number. We cannot be held responsible for goods that do not arrive with you due to errors made by you when entering your details. Please ensure that you check all your details before confirming your order. All orders will be sent using Royal Mail and a proof of posting will be acquired by us, any goods not received will need to be taken up with the post office.

If you have brought any product from us that you are not completely satisfied with or have changed you mind about, you can return it to us with 21 days in a resalable condition we will replace them, refund their purchase price (including V.A.T.) or provide you with credit towards any other of our products of your choice. This guarantee is In addition to the usual manufacturers' guarantees, The “Distance Selling Act 2000” and the “Ecommerce Directive 2002”. We do however reserve the right not to refund postage and packing costs.

In the event that the goods are faulty please e-mail only ghostbikes@hotmail.com detailing the problem and we shall respond within 24 hours (Mon-Fri) supplying you with a returns number. Please don’t return good without a returns number.
